What distinguishes Cook and makes him sought-after as a speaker, adviser and executive leader is his ability to link the human side of business to the core drivers of operations and finance. Lisa is a Senior Lecturer in the School of Computing & Information Technology at the University of Technology, Jamaica. She completed her PhD in the field of technology enhanced learning with her dissertation examining gamification with digital badges. Her research publication and interests include gamification, case writing and computing education.

I am a Senior Principal at Mercer who works directly with client stakeholders in identifying and understanding what drives employee outcomes such as those related to pay equity, strategic workforce planning, turnover, performance reviews and promotions. I am passionate about data! I love to explore the use of new scientific and evidence-based practices and data visualization tools to provide insights on employees and how they drive success in a company. Rawati or Rae as everyone calls her is the Creator of “Aha! Moments." \ Her lifelong passion for technology led Rae into a career where she gained experience spanning from IT Management, Governance, Security, Analytics consulting, Coaching, and Training. She has designed and conducted several training and enablement workshops geared toward growing a culture of analytics throughout the Caribbean.

She guest Universities across the region and is also the TT Chapter Lead for Women in Data.

Yolande Hylton is the Managing Director of Hylton Insights, an HR Consultancy Firm based in Kingston, Jamaica with a mandate to transform HR, bringing the world of theory and practice together to bolster “I think” and couple it with data-driven insights that will provide more sustained and impactful solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of individuals and companies.

Since 2004, Ms. Cawley has been providing HR Consulting services to small and medium-sized businesses, while concurrently working in corporate Jamaica. She served as Group HR Manager for Amber Group, Operations Manager for DHL Jamaica Ltd. Human Resource & Training Manager for DHL Jamaica and the Cayman Islands, Senior Director, Human Resource Services and Lecturer in Human Resource Management at the International University of the Caribbean. Ms. Cawley served for nine (9) years at GraceKennedy Ltd. working directly with the Chief Human Resource Officers for both the Investments and Foods Divisions during her tenure.

Dr. Andrew Staroscik is a scientist, analyst, and designer with extensive research, strategic planning, statistical analysis, and data visualization experience. Staroscik teaches science and public health courses at Roger Williams University and is a data analyst for the Rhode Island Public Health Association. He is the host and sole content creator for SciencePrimer.com and the SciencePrimer YouTube channel. His work as a scientist, teacher, and web developer gives him the theoretical knowledge and practical experience to create insights from data.
