How can you make the most of these offerings?

First, remember that by the end of the series, we want your HR Reset to have an individual and corporate impact. We hope that your reset becomes both visible and remarkable, so that C-Suiters notice the difference and make comments. This could be an important step in gaining the material support needed prior to an investment.

Your immersion in the topic of People Analytics should help you think, speak, communicate and ask questions differently. To achieve this outcome, we have designed the following:

  • Three complimentary webinars which will be held around lunch-time in September and October. Register for the webinars here. The three offers below are not open for registration yet.
  • A workshop in early November (3 hours)
  • Masterclass I in January (6 hours)
  • Masterclass II in February (6 hours)

Each learning activity builds on the ones which occur beforehand.

Also, we will offer a number of Support activities. While some will be offered in the form of stand-alone training, available on-demand, there will also be coaching opportunities.

They are all intended to do one thing: help you get closer to the final outcome by overcoming obstacles that prevent HR practitioners from fulfilling their potential.

For many regional HR practitioners, the time and cost required to be involved in this training isn’t trivial. It may require the engagement of your manager, and maybe someone in the C-Suite.

If this is the case, consider the development of a cost-benefit analysis for an HR Reset to be one of the challenges of this program. This is an example of the C-Suite language we intend to teach in this program.

We’ll offer a training module in making a cost-benefit analysis for HR investments. It will be one of the Support Sessions.
