If you are a first-time speaker at the conference, you may require an explanation of the terms we use.
All Access Pass – a complete package of conference video replays accessible for a year. These are on sale to participants and speakers for a range of prices which increase on the first day of the conference, and again on the final day. The prices range from $59 to $149 for the general public, depending on when the All Access Pass is purchased. Before September 15th, the price is $59. During the conference, the price increases to $99 and then to $149 once the event closes.
Bronze Sponsor – Intended for speakers, this $499 sponsorship slot includes a guaranteed pre-recorded video, a live speaker promo, a website mention, priority placement in our lineup, and a complimentary All Access Pass. Contact us for more details.
Discounted Item for Sale – A digital object you are selling at a special conference discount. You can mention this item in your presentation and also place it in the Conference Store.
Free Download – A digital item intended for the conference audience. You can use this item to collect email addresses – as a Lead Magnet. Create a web page on your site that gives access to a digital object that the participant can only access by sharing their email address. You can mention this item in your pre-recorded video, or in the Conference Store.
Pre-Recorded Videos – To create your video, use Zoom or another similar tool. Then, send it along to us using WeTransfer.com.
Promotional Expectations – The audience for the conference is put together in a collaborative fashion by the speakers and members of CaribHRForum. As a speaker, we ask that you promote the event to your followers with a view to creating a friendly audience for your presentation. While there are some speakers who sit back and let others bring their audiences, we discourage this habit. This is a shared, collaborative effort.
Social Media – In general, social media promotions are less effective than direct email. While we encourage the use of both channels, email produces better results. Our conference uses both organic and paid social media ads on Facebook, Instagram and Linkedin.
